At Flex Mental Fitness, we offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to elevate both mental and athletic performance. Whether you’re a student-athlete, coach, or sports organization, our coaching programs and resources are tailored to meet your unique needs. Our services focus on mental health, sport psychology, and growth mindset development, ensuring holistic growth and success both on and off the field.
Coaching Programs
- Mental Health Counseling: Personalized, one-on-one counseling sessions to address the mental and emotional challenges athletes face. We provide a safe space to discuss anxiety, stress, and personal challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster mental resilience.
- Sport Psychology Sessions: Focused on mental performance and psychological techniques to enhance athletic abilities. We work with athletes on mental toughness, focus, mental blocks, confidence, and overcoming performance anxiety.
- Virtual Workout Mentor: Get paired with expert virtual workout instructors who design customized workout routines. This service ensures you’re not just mentally strong, but physically prepared as well.
(Erin) Get paired with expert virtual workout instructors who design customized workout routines tailored to your specific needs and available resources. In the first or second week of each month, you’ll meet with your virtual coach for a 45-minute session. Before the session, you’ll receive an assessment sheet asking about any workout equipment available at home (though none is required), your height and weight, and any fitness goals or areas you’d like to focus on. After your session, you’ll receive a personalized PDF workout plan to follow for the rest of the month. The plan will progressively increase in difficulty as you continue to sign up for more months, ensuring that you’re always challenged and building both physical and mental strength. This service helps you stay physically prepared while developing the mental toughness that Flex Mental Fitness is all about.
- Mindset Coaching: Our mindset coaches guide you through the process of adopting a growth mindset, helping you embrace challenges, stay persistent through setbacks, and continually strive for improvement.
- Video Modules: Access to video lectures and a comprehensive workbook to reinforce learning. Video lectures include a series of pre-recorded video lessons covering a range of topics like mental fitness techniques, mindset techniques, and maintaining resilience. These modules are designed for self-paced learning and come with supplementary workbook exercises.
- Guided Workbooks: Our workbooks complement the video modules, offering practical exercises and self-reflection prompts to reinforce the content. Topics include Mental Preparation Techniques, self-reflection, compartmentalizing, visualization and more.
