Each video module is carefully curated to cover essential aspects of mental fitness, including stress management, emotional regulation, and focus techniques. They include practical exercises, reflection questions, and journaling prompts, and are designed to be self-paced.
We offer a unique blend of sport psychology, mental health counseling, and mindset coaching. Our approach is holistic, focusing on both the mind and body, and we provide ongoing support with video lectures, workbooks, and personalized training.

- Simply visit our website and navigate to the “Services” page. There, you’ll find options to book sessions and purchase packages. Once you’ve completed your registration, you’ll gain access to our resources and be able to choose your mentor for the month.
No prior experience is necessary! Our programs are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner in mental training or have some experience. Our coaches will tailor the sessions to your needs and provide step-by-step guidance throughout the program.
Absolutely! We understand that your goals may change over time. You can upgrade or switch your package at any point, and if you’d like to work with a different mentor, we can accommodate that based on availability.
Yes, all our counseling and coaching sessions are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines, and any personal information shared during your sessions remains private.
The time commitment varies based on your selected package. On average, athletes spend 2-3 hours per week on video modules, workbook exercises, and coaching sessions. You can complete the program at your own pace.
We understand that life can be busy. If you need to reschedule a session, simply log into your account and use our online booking system to choose a new time. We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
